Abstract

There has been a lot of struggle for women’s right, in civilization, where women faces lot of struggle in the ancient times, the assisted reproductive technology was the ray of hope for couples, who wanted to have the child, but with the advancement in the technology, the 21 set century, has witnessed advancement in the field of reproductive medicine and related technologies, in order to become parents, a couple will find a good feasible solution to opt Assisted Reproductive technology, the goal of my research paper was to provide guidance in the field of medically assisted reproductive reproduction, which have brought new and innovative ideas or ways to create children, the goal of my research paper was to discuss the role of ART Clinics, the criteria for determining the deserving couples, to use the ART Measures, the advances, which was made possible to use ART measures , which must be put into practice, which was the way, which will be responsible for the society, the research paper will discuss the right of the intended parents and the legal implications required to use ART Clinics.
